Due to extremely high demand during Memorial Day Weekend, please be sure to book ASAP! Trust us: you DON’T want to wait until April – rooms are already filling up fast.

For our wedding guests visiting Charleston between May 24–May 27, we’ve secured discounted room blocks at The Marriott Courtyard Waterfront Hotel, Springhill Suites Riverview, and Hampton Inn & Suites in West Ashley. We also recommend looking at Airbnb.com, VRBO.com and HomeToGo.com for private rooms and group-style houses (like the one the bride and her family are staying in). Note: Some rentals, hotels, and inns may require 2 night minimums in the summer months.

Located on Lockwood Drive overlooking the Ashley River, this newly-renovated property features a pool, 24/7 fitness center, business space, and terrace with killer waterfront views. The hotel also offers free guest parking on-site and shuttle service downtown for a small fare.

*Local tip: venture just down the road to Salty Mike’s for a $3 budlight and some of the best marshfront views in town.

SPRINGHILL SUITES DOWNTOWN/RIVERVIEW

Other perks include: free breakfast, free WiFi, free parking, 24/7 on-site “market,” an outdoor saltwater pool + whirlpool, and top-notch views of Ripley Point Marina and the Ashley River. A shuttle service is available to and from downtown 10am-11pm Friday – Sunday at $6 per person (all day).
